Katerina Kedraka is a Professor of Job Skills of BioScientists and LifeLong Learning at the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics of the Democritus University of Thrace. She is the Head of the Center of Teaching and Learning (CTL) and a member of the Board of the Center for Training and Lifelong Learning of the Democritus University of Thrace. She is the coordinator and founding member of the Hellenic and the Balkan University Pedagogy Network. Her research focuses on University Pedagogy, Adult Education, Lifelong Learning, Counseling and Career Management.
Thanassis Karalis is Professor of Lifelong Learning and Adult Education at the Department of Educational Sciences and Early Childhood Education of the University of Patras and Director of the Laboratory of Pedagogical Research and Lifelong Education. He has participated in more than fifty national and European research and development projects, being scientific coordinator in 34 of them. He is author or co-author of more than 150 papers in English, French and Greek, including fifteen books. His research interests include, adult and higher education, university pedagogy, planning and evaluation of non-formal education programs, crisis management in education, lifelong learning, participation of adults in educational programs.
Konstantinos Giakoumis is Associate Professor of History, Arts and Methods at LOGOS University College, Tirana, Albania, as well as Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Linguistic Communication. He is a Bachelor degree holder from the Department of Primary Education, University of Athens, as well as a doctoral degree holder from the Centre for Byzantine, Ottoman and Modern Greek Studies at the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. Dr. Giakoumis taught "Teaching in Higher Education" to doctoral students and led faculty development workshops in many HEIs for which he has worked for. He is currently leading LOGOS' MAGNET team and is also a member of LOGOS Centre for Teaching and Learning.
