Analysis & Master Plan to Address the Needs & Wants of Higher Education in the Western Balkans

Plan to Address the Needs & Wants of Higher Education Pedagogy in the Western Balkans study contains data from the Ministries of Education for the entire country, thereby expanding the dataset generated from consortium partners' data used in the process of studying the existing situation in the process of writing this project proposal. Partners carried out a Needs Analysis survey in their HEI to depict the state of play as it is assumed that the partner countries represent a sufficient sample for understanding the general situation in the EU and especially the area of Western Balkans . Based on these , the final study report is elaborated to present the conclusions which will draw the frame inside which the work for WP3 will be carried out. A significant purpose of this report is to identify best practices in University Pedagogy and define the problems or gaps in each participating Institution that the project aims to address.
