"Aleksandër Moisiu" University of Durrës, as one of the partners of the MAGNET Project, has participated in all developed activities.

After the first meeting in Alexandropoulos, we began preparing the CTL Regulation.  To make it as inclusive as possible, meetings were held with representatives from the Assemblies of each of our university’s 5 faculties. 
In these meetings, the main objectives of the Magnet project were explained, with a particular focus on the establishment of the CTL. Feedback and suggestions were gathered, and a draft of the Regulation was prepared, which reflects the key objectives of the project.

To improve  the Teaching Staff Survey, the team conducted meetings with teaching staff representatives, to whom the purpose of the survey was explained – addressing the needs and wants of higher education.

After the second meeting in Tirana in collaboration with LOGOS colleagues we fulfilled the National Report of Teaching & Learning Enhancement in Higher Education.
