2nd Workshop of the European Project "Managerial and Governance Enhancement through Teaching" (acronym: MAGNET)

The partners of the project with the acronym MAGNET successfully completed the 2nd
workshop at the Public International Business College (IBC-M) in Mitrovica, Kosovo, which
took place from 31 May to 1 June 2024, according to the project schedule.
The meeting was attended by representatives of all participating University Institutions.
During the meeting were discussed current issues concerning the progress of the work of
each institution, and were noted the important steps that the MAGNET project has made so
far in the field of development of University Pedagogy in the Balkan higher education area.

The MAGNET Project is expected to support the implementation of modern and innovative
student-centred teaching practices in the Balkan Universities. At the same time, the use of
digital technologies as a learning, teaching and assessment practice is enhanced, thereby
modernising teaching in higher education. Finally, the project provides the necessary
guidelines for the establishment and proper functioning of Teaching and Learning Centres in
the Western Balkan Universities. Through the BALKANETUP network, the upgrading of
teaching and learning methods leading to student-centred teaching and learning methods is
promoted.
